In my opinion, someone in the armed forces is thought of as confident and trustworthy.  

I would consider working with an arbitrage company, if they can prove they are trustworthy, and I can make a profit. 

Licensed are usually more trustworthy and professional.

A trustworthy wholesaler is key, as well as, good local contractors and someone to manage the project.  

The biggest hurdle most would have is finding a trustworthy team, but you happen to luck out in that department.

I think open houses are great, lots of top agents will have properties they would be happy to have a professional trustworthy agent hold open.
