Building My Team To Buy Apartments In Chicagoland Area

Hi, my name is Len Sanford. I'm a new investor, and I'm looking to build a team of "A" players to buy apartment buildings in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. I'm targeting 20 unit - 100 unit buildings, looking to acquire a minimum of 60 doors per year.

I'm looking for individuals who themselves would like to have a discussion with me to see if we can be a good fit, or if you have a recommendation of someone that you've used who is good at what they do, and also trustworthy, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm looking for the following:
- Brokers
- Property Managers
- Contractors
- Inspectors
- Appraisers
- Attorneys

I'm in the process now of raising private money. Our methodology is B or C properties in A, B or C areas (slight value add).
Key indicators we look for in our deals are (CCR = 10% or higher..... DCR = 1.5 or higher).

Thank you,
I look forward to speaking with you.
