I'm so impressed by the men and women on BP who are tremendously successful but take the time to share what they know, provide specific examples from their own dealings, and take a genuine interest in everyone's questions - with no thought to, "what can I get out of this".

May I suggest you attend Invest Club for Women RE meeting in Studio City on the third Wednesdays each month.

It's always awesome and inspiring to hear from women out there kicking butt in real estate investing. 

The local papers reported a con women got her name added to a deed, then got a $200K mortgage via false identity, took the money, then disappeared.

This is an older women who has been in real estate and investing for over 30 years.

Recently, my Realtor who lists my houses for me spoke at my Women's Investing Club last month.She even said to us that night that the OPTION MONEY is going up around here.  

Especially when I was trying to convince three generations of women.

If they won't for that, call their competitors and use this experience to motivate you in future dealings.I once looked at custom home lots along with two women friends.

Prices in Eagle River are about the same (though slightly lower) than Anchorage, and it has a different neighborhood feel (think middle aged (mostly white) women hanging out at the coffee shop wearing their REI jackets).

This is what I believe will happen whether or not either industry embraces it..If someone makes an estimate of value and can back it up with irrefutable hard data there will be no defense against the argument however the data and or analysis was obtained.1 The MLS data bases are the best and most reliable sources of data so far- who owns it?
