Hi all,

I just thought I would share. I have been taking the first few steps. Talking with real estate agents and lenders to acquire my next residential property. I spoke with a Broker yesterday in the Sacramento Area. She says, "wow sounds like you are on the right track." I said, "Yes, thank you. I have been listening to these podcasts on biggerpockerts.com." I then proceeded with asking her if she has heard of it and she says No. This is an older women who has been in real estate and investing for over 30 years. So I proceed with telling her a little more about the forums and the podcast. She was excited she said she was going to check it out. I thought pretty cool to promote the site I have been using to learn.

Thanks for reading,

Stephanie Garcia
