What some tenants do with top loaders, is they let the water run, and then stuff more clothes in it, breaking the belt, and sometimes the motor and transmission.Not sure if this is top or front loader.

Well, she asked if we could put up a rod in that empty space, as she wanted clothing rods the entire length on both sides.This was before I knew better and I was amazed, but said I'd ask the owner, who was too nice (also learned not to ask him these things anymore lol).

for instance U have a rental at 700 a month in the mid west your criteria is 3X rent.. that's 2100 a month.. pay rent utls etc and that leaves about 250 a week to eat cloth and buy gas etc. so what you end up with is that renter class simply is in trouble if they got laid off temporarily for 2 weeks or 4 weeks.. so the question was not would you give charity.. but would you prefer to not have a vacancy and let them pay the missed month in later months.. thereby keeping landlord from having a vacancy and in the mid west work force housing vacancy will run 2 to 4 months worth of rent..

If you report mold issues to your landlord, and they do not make efforts to remediate the mold, you may have the right to:Withhold paying rent until the mold has been properly repaired remediated by your landlord;Vacate the premises;Charge the landlord for potential cost to live in a motel or hotel room, or another unit, until you may safely return to your own home;Apply one month’s worth of rent towards hiring a mold remediator in order to fix the mold and damp conditions that caused the mold growth;Report the mold to the appropriate health code officials; orFile a civil lawsuit against your landlord, for damages."

They have tested close to 5000 folks with 39 positives.Stores have now put up barriers so one can not buy "non-essential" stuff, which apparently is any clothing, and basic things like car seats.
