Tenant misuse of washer

Nancy Gregory
Posted

A pair of panties got wrapped in the washer motor and broke it due to over loading. The tenants say it is not their panties, that must be the previous tenants from 3 months ago.   Am I responsible for fixing the washer that is 5 years old?

Well, I think you should have the tenant prove what size panties they wear to prove their guilt.
