Hey guys, Canadian potential investor here.I am curious on opinions on buying cheaper sfh, condos or townhomes in the 50-80k USD range.

All of the principles from land owner to developer are either U.S. or Canadian citizens.  

Never fool with sewage treatment plants and parks on their own well are soon going to be a royal pain with new EPA water testing regs coming out.  

Instead we concentrated on areas of max capital appreciation, but we never imagined prices would go exponential.Now we are seeing a lot of Canadians over here buying just for cash flow.Good luck...
