Most CPAs in California have a lot of experience with RSUs, stock comp, and crypto because they're used to dealing with startup employees who diversify their tech wealth to real estate so this is a safe bet. 

Very easy to work with and the process was very streamlined on their website.

Just like the title suggests, the next evolution for short-term and mid-term rental is for some company to streamline the handyman process.  

They are going to be the most important factor in streamlining processes and ensuring that jobs are completed correctly each and every time.

Just clearly define your offering and target market, then start telling everyone about it.As you get clients and increase revenue/streamline things for them/handle difficult tenants ask them if you can use them as "case studies" for social media.

I didn't have a concern getting what I needed, but there's A LOT of information that is pushed out to you immediately, and that process could be more streamlined for everyone, especially newbies. 

This both assures investors of their safety and addresses their concerns prior to the investment, so it can actually be a good selling point when a client of mine wants to set up a deal and is looking for additional investors.When looking for an attorney you want to find someone with expertise in real estate investing specifically, as those attorneys will have the most expertise and be able to create the most streamlined entities for you.This isn't legal advice, just my opinion as a real estate investor.

So I'm trying to learn as much as I can about streamlining the process.

I just finished up setting up my Podio to streamline my property management and make sure nothing falls through the cracks! 

We have Streamline which is connected to BookingPal which pushes out to all of the other OTA's except Airbnb/VRBO which has a direct connection with Streamline.
