All os my Section 8 tenants are very prompt with their payments and don't cause much trouble.

I received a letter in the mail from the Department of Revenue in Kentucky prompting me to register online for tax accounts for my business (I started an LLC in 2016 in KY for the purpose of asset protection for real estate).

Currently my plan is to move to Orange County after getting the license Real estate is something I've had m eye on for a long time, and after seeing colleagues successfully make it as agents, it prompted me to finally make the switch I've been a personal trainer for 8 years, so real estate is an entirely new endeavor.

Some ones that I've added, based on experience:Tenants are not to remove or disable smoke detectors, and are to test them periodically and promptly report issues.Tenants are not to put grease, fat, or fibrous items in the garbage disposal.No objects except toilet paper are to be flushed down the toilet - even items labelled "flushable."

It's a very congested, urban environment and all our other spaces are claimed by other renters who leased early and chose their spots promptly.

It really was worth the money I spent because I continue to get support from him when I need it, and his office always responds promptly when I have questions on any aspect of a deal or general questions. 

That is what prompted my question for a good book or something of that nature.
