Milwaukee Section 8 Screening Criteria
I know that Milwaukee passed a law that you cannot discriminate against a person for Section 8. My question is how does the process work when I screen tenants? If my tenant qualifications are Gross Salary 3x monthly rent, how would I factor Section 8 in? Also, I have never done Section 8 before. Would I have to notify the City and sign up?
