How about a stack of decorative envelopes to put rent checks in.Vacuum cleaners are good.Maybe a good quality pen with the rent due date printed on it in fancy lettering.If your rentals are in a war zone, perhaps a bottle of ripple would be a suitable yuletide gift.The possibilities are endless. :-)

Each parcel of land can have a different size and density of commercial land built on it.So by adjoining parcels you can effectively grow the amount of types of projects you could build on the property.If multifamily density is 15 units an acre for your area then 10 acres could get you 150 units if most of the land is useable and not dead space.You could buy 10 acres of land only to find that 7 of it is only suitable for green space or a lake etc.

yeah, but the best hunting grounds are usually wooded areas not suitable for growing corn, and renting out land for corn growth will yield a higher $/acre than hunting land or dairy pasture for the simple fact that growing the crops has the highest potential return than any other use for the land.If we were closer to a major city, I would consider developing on the land, but here it is -EV.also, i'm not the sole decision maker for our lands, and I don't think others in my family would be very happy allowing people to hunt on our property at all.
