If you ever want to come back for a day or a couple days, you can just block off your calendar and stay back at your own house.

You have plenty of time to do a title search because auctions are scheduled many weeks in advance and it is stated in the daily calendar of the auction website.

@Howie Baker You might already know this but accounting year could either be fiscal (starts any month, ends after 12 months) or calendar (January-December).

Eviction are filed in court, but there is no such thing as a "court list of evictions", you can look at the calendar of evictions for a court on a given day though.
