Hello BP family,

I have started school two days ago, just needed to get out of my career I am in Currently and I think RE is something I will excel at.

Need some advice real advice, I live in Southern California and I need to replace my 65,000 income.

What brokerage do you suggest and the split I should consider and why?

Number of possible transactions I will do in 12 month calendar year?

Best advice for me for me to be successful?

Thank you everyone in advance, I know each of you have started somewhere.. this is me starting!

Thank you
