rental lease contingency for new tenant based on current
Hi all,
I wonder if anyone faced this situation when the present tenant didn't vacate at the end of the lease and a new lease contract already signed with a new tenant.
How can a Landlord protect him/herself from legal issue or compensation? is their a way to add some kind of contingency?
Thanks in advanced
