Josh Calcanis Due on Sale Clause... Ways to transfer to trust or LLC?
6 March 2016 | 24 replies
Lots of theory, lots of hearsay, lots of old wives tales, a few baby attorneys and and few seasoned folks who've been through both sides of the matter of topic at hand.Problem for newer investors is that it's difficult to sort out who is real and who has another motive. As to the original poster's query, once you've left a trail, it's pretty easy to follow.Operating under the false belief that a multiparty near LLC or similar special purpose entity in inpenitrable is mistaken.
