But Brian, the guy at the seminar said wholesaling was easy and that it could be done with no money and from home using just my computer and phone :) So the seminar pitch-men ARE partly to blame ...Steve, you left out the main points, that it can be done in your spare time, only when you want to work it and that you don't need credit or additional education. :)
