Keyless wifi door lock
We're having trouble with our keyless Wi-Fi door lock. It's a Schlage and supposedly one of the best. This is the second one we've replaced in the past year. Any suggestions on other brands?

@Ryan Morgan. I have 6 schlages locks. On one of them I had the exact same issue as you described.
Fixed by: hard resetting lock and resetting up with the smartthing hub again and also using a air can to clean all the keys. I also disabled the feature of too many wrong tries and need to wait 30 seconds.
We had this happen to 2 guests until I did the above when in the property.
It has been working solid now.
