New Investor on the Path to FIRE

Hello all! I just wanted to introduce myself to the BP community as I start my RE and FIRE journey. I am working in Germany now, but I hope to come back to the states within a year and spend every spare moment finding my niche. I have a SFH in Montgomery, and a condo in Hawaii that I am renting. I am open to working with as many people as possible to grow my network and gain experience. Thanks for letting me share!
