Hey @Patrick, depending on how much marketing you're doing and if you would like to find the other apartments you could supplement what you're doing in Propstream with Reonomy.

I prefer to go with a local agent but it appears CA (or at least Northern CA) is only offering CA Fair Plan plus a supplemental which ends up being nearly four times what I was paying.

Did you partner with a GC to supplement for lack of previous GUC experience or were they willing to sign a guarantee?

Also if any of the conditions mentioned by Bruce above such as the presence of the animal causing you undo financial harm (such as insurability or liability issues), or the animal is a threat to the safety and health of other building occupants (maybe they are allergic?)
