Property Tax Rate Indianapolis
My wife and I are looking to invest in Indianapolis are struggling to figure out what the general property tax rate across the area is. We'll look into our target property's tax history, but the tax bill is usually based off of a lower sales price than what the seller has the property listed for. I'm seeing 2.83% on some websites and low 1% on others. Can someone give me a more accurate/consistent number to go with? Thank you :p
