Ronald Wolcott

I've been teaching music in Oroville since 1996. My parents had a rental and my wife's had 4. I never saw their books but I kind of enjoyed working on them and thought highly of the "passive" income. I had been looking to buy rentals before the crash in 2008, so when it happened I was not too hesitant pulling my money from stocks and buying some steals in the area through 2011. I lucked out, like Brandon Turner (same timing I think), so now I'm looking to expand if I can find a deal. I know it will require me to look outside of the area. I have read David Green's "Long Distance Investing" and found it very inspiring.
