I suggest you visit a mortgage broker and ask them what is usual and customary in your area on similar deals, they can give you a few comments free of charge I'm sure.

Whether they are leaving a voicemail or talking to an answering service, you will need to be analyzing every deal, following up with them and traveling to visit a handful of properties at least.

Remind your buyers that you are there to protect them through the transaction.Ideally, as mentioned in another response, always attend an initial tour or visit with a new build or builder with your clients, and let your clients know if they visit a builders website or speak to someone that they need to indicate that you are their Realtor.Good luck!

-if I want to feel local, only STR could provide that-if I want to visit a remote place, only STR could provide that-if I want to experience something,only STR could provide that-last time we stayed very remote that wild pigs is roaming around the doors, Hilton couldn't provide that lol :)-when I'm vacationing, to feel the local vibes I've to stay in STR only, even if I've to stay in the local village folks home.
