As already mentioned above, if you go the amazon route you will have to be nimble to keep up with the latest fad sales or whatever as fads are really the only way to get a foot in the door (vs. trying to sell a staple).

And then I'll do around my target area stapling those up just below existing TERRY BUYS HOUSES and JIM BUYS HOUSES.

Looks like a nice little place.About the roofing, on the cheap/short term you could probably staple down plastic.

Other than that I have read a few of the staple investing books and plan on using real estate to help me achieve my financial freedom goals.

The checks will be deposited at the bank, the copies are stapled to a copy of the deposit slip.

I had a carpet guy go out to stretch it and re-staple it down, but he said it is too worn to even be stretched. 

if they refuse I guess they refuse.. contact listing agent and tell them you want to make an offer.you can say your representing yourself and you will have an attorney draft the purchase contractor you can go to the Staples or on line and find your own contracts and fill them out.

Hi Chris,RTO and Lease with option and Land Contract and Contract for Deeds are old fashioned midwestern and east coast staple tools.I personally know of hundreds that have been turned into 30 yr fixed mortgages.Now you could call The Republic of California "Mars", and you could call the midwest "Venus" as far as creative financing that actually is common place that actually gets funded.Just ask @Wendy Patton.
