Hello,

I am looking to get a solid lease in Illinois. What are the best resources and can I get it a free lease somehow?

Thank you for your help!

Hey Danny,

You can get a lawyer to draw up a custom lease for you, but that will likely cost hundreds of dollars. BP has leases available in their fileplace. You can see them using the link below. Unfortunately, you have to pay to play. Like most things in life, it isn't free. Be careful going cheap on a lease. This is a legal document and can hold up in court if need be. Why jeopardize your legal well-being over a few bucks? Pay for a lease and write it off come tax time. (Consult with a CPA on write-offs as I am not a licensed tax professional).
