😀In a similar vein to your comment, it’s a tax-deferred 1031 exchange not a tax-free 1031 exchange.No free lunch from IRS.Depreciation is more a tax deferral than tax savings.That being said, often depreciation is taxed at capital gains rate (now maxed at 20%?)
