Hello and Merry Christmas BP! Is it worth getting a home inspection license? Can you do an official home inspection on a property you wish to buy? Or is it just good to have to do a quick once-over?

that would be a conflict of interest but you can certainly use your acquired knowledge to inspect your own properties
