Moved to Houston and Looking for Advisement
Recently, I moved back to the great state of Texas to be closer to family. In the five years away, I lived in Missouri, attended the University of Missouri for business then worked in a bank for a year. Naturally as I developed my understanding of business, I saw opportunity in real estate. So in Columbia I met and developed relationships with all kinds of insightful professionals in the sector. I am craving more!
However now that I am back in Texas, I have to start a new. (Luckily for me, I am a member of BP.) With this as my first post, I'd like to explain my passion toward real estate.
As a formal introduction my name is Daniel Graviss and I've spent a great portion of my life in sports, specifically swimming. This foundation has motivated me to push past doubt and establish an endless hunger to develop. To perform is a desire that runs endlessly through my veins. In many ways I associate these traits as parallelism in real estate. And just like sports I strongly believe that mentors and coaches are the key.
Now with Houston as my stomping ground again and my newly acquired, expensive, college education. I'd like to make a difference. I am looking for anyone willing to lend me advice or point me in the right direction. From meet ups to a day of labor, I am willing to do whatever it takes to get to the next level. With each encounter is experience and opportunity. I hope this reaches you at a gracious moment.
Regards,
Daniel
