We just helped a Florida client with a ballon coming due at the end of the year on a jumbo refi, the borrower had some payment shock so we structured a ten year interest only payment since they plan on relocating within the net 3-5 years.

Hi All,Our complex in San Diego had some concrete work done that caused us to have to relocate tenants for 2-3 days.

Plano is probably a better place to live vs buying rentals.This is where all the corporate relocations used to go about 25 years ago or more.Now most of those seem to move to Frisco and Proper.About five months ago I looked and in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, there were over 1000 homes for rent. 

I'm now relocating out of the city.  

I'm listed on all of the insurance sites and have a few relationships with insurance relocation specialist who send leads my way. 

If a major life event occurs, such as your company closing, forcing you to relocate, then you are not violating the closing documents by relocating to another area with ample job opportunities.

I market my rents marginally below FMR to intentionally remove the tenant's motivation to relocate - - it would cost them to move for any reason!

Relocation specialist are hard to find and I don't think that is happening so much anymore. 

The biggest factor will be the job relocation.
