Tough time finding tenants - Any sites where you can search a list of good renters?

Hello all, been noticing a slow down in the renters market. Things are taking a long time to rent and also quality of tenants arent great. Ive had to drop prices several times. I typically look for 650+ credit score and 3x rent as basic qualifications

I've noticed that all the rental listing sites are having the tenants reach out to the landlord -- are there any sites where its the opposite, where the landlord can look for qualified tenants?  Is this something that would even work?

I guess the other option is to use a property mgmt company to find a tenant for you, but I just thought it would be interesting if there's a site where the landlord can peruse a list of quality tenants and reach out to them directly!  I know for a quality tenant, I would be even open to dropping rent a little bit.

You can’t because the tenant would have to say…

I only want to live in this 2 square miles, I need 3 bedrooms, I want a 2+ car garage, I need a yard for my big dog, I want laundry in the unit, it must be on the ground floor, nobody above, between 1200 and 2,000sf. Once I see it I’ll decide if I like it.

‘imagine you were looking to buy something personal like a shirt, or a watch. And you joined a website for watch-wanters , or shirt-buyers. What percent of the replies would be what you wanted? Here’s a Hawaiian shirt, here’s a Tommy Bahama shirt, here’s a sweatshirt. But you just want a T-shirt, no matter what price those shirt sellers offer.
