Your PMC should have filed a timely police report for the break-in for your homeowners policy and possibly the additional damage by the tenant which would carry greater clout in recovery in the courtroom and with the booking service.

Prior to having the trailer removed, I contacted the city police and my lawyer, the certified letter that I sent them stated that I would remove the trailer after 2 weeks of no action on their part.

Stephen Chatto I'm not a Lawer but my dad is a retired broker he has a book on real estate laws in New Jersey, I am not a Lawer but from my understanding As a wholesaler (flipper) you are considered a broker especially when met listing properties on the web , police can fine you in different ways as in practicing with out a real estate or business license (which is usually the case)NJRS §45:15-1.
