so i wouldnt normally do this, but i'm still learning and evrything but i wanna put a simple add for a simple team for the new jersey area. i have 3 houses being reviewed for a contract offer. i'm looking for 

1. Lawyer/escrow 

2.someone with MLS access

3.OF course rehab buyers

4.couple wholesalers to expand my network.

5. insurence guy /title check up

assignment of contract is not illegal in NJ. I challenge you to show me where in NJ law it states that the assignment of contract is illegal.  In fact right in the state contract is says that the contract is assignable with the sellers permission.
