Hi,

Does anyone have experience in the so called Iron Triangle area in Richmond, I heard it's a crime neighborhood 10 years ago, anything changed since then? I heard Richmond just have rent control passed, how is it affecting rental currently?

Also, does anyone have recommendation on commercial lenders in Bay Area?
