Small,local brokers with less name brand recognition are the easiest to deal with if you just want to use their resources and not sell other people's real estate.However,I find Keller Williams is a very good national brand that can be helpful in these situations as well.

If you created outside of IL, you will need to seek recognition to qualify for recognition as a foreign LLC.

I have noticed a difference in Broker recognition.

Listen not only to his words, but also to his facial expression and non-verbal body language.

More over the classic letter, frequency and and top of mind recognition are key when doing any mailings.
