( Douglas Ranch).. its owned by a B guy from Denver he owns the Denver avalanche and i think might have married a Walton.So we get word he is coming to the lodge for dinner.. and oh man you should have seen the staff.. but what happened was his security team came in that morning for a sweep.. and this is a lodge on a 500k acre ranch.. behind locked gates. 

I like to cook so i do most of the dinners.. and i am a credit card mileage junky for airlines and hotels. so when i get to take two or three international vacations a year they are all free expect for the food. and i go business class and stay at top hotels.. allows you to splurge a little when you in a different country..

While you need to be responsible and not spend money you don’t have, sometimes a nice dinner or a new piece of equipment you have been wanting is all you need to give yourself a boost.

Is the co-signer a family member/close friend/relative you can take out to dinner?

My issue is that I craved knowledge and I was willing to make myself uncomfortable to get it.Four years later, and these gatherings now work like this:I meet up with a core group of friends before the meetups and we have dinner and a drink or two ahead of time. 

Not the best seats where people get the VIP dinner, etc.After the event here is over, we can compare notes and pass around the 'good stuff'.How many are in your team?

and it seems to me google campus abuts the landfill..probably not an issue for this person being on the other side of the freeway.. it is amazing how much gets dislosed in a CA transaction these days.. also while I got you on the line I had dinner with my buddy who has the container home building company you have a standing invite to tour on your next trip north.. !!!

@Alyssa Paros thank you, yes communication is always the key.I just remember renting an apartment, and the landlord having 3 guys come in during the middle of me cooking dinner and leaving a trail of dirt behind at 8pm. 

From the guy who offers to take everyone to a world famous BBQ dinner in Memphis to the guys who want to tell you how bad all the Turnkey companies are and they have an alternative. 

His complaint is his landlord who lives upstairs has frequent dinner parties at his place, has plenty of guests, and why should he subsidize his landlords cooking particularly when he and his wife eats takeout food as they have no time to cook.
