How much to give a cosigner?
Looking to house hack a duplex. Problem- my 2016 tax return was crap. So i don't qualify for fha with out a cosigner..
Question is. What's the standard for paying off the cosigner.. flat fee, a% off the earnings.
Asking y'all because ,u have been around the block. And probably have a avenue i don't see.
