Even if the value did drop below $160,000 you can just hold onto it until the market bounces back.

It's all about proper tenant training, nothing more.your lucky that all your tenants have checking accounts.. its simply not like that in the cash flow markets of the US.. many times the tenants do not have checking accounts.. for various reasons..  1. too many bounced and NSF checks and their SSN is flagged and NO bank will give them a checking account..  2. dont trust banks..

I got bounced around and went up two manager levels and the answer was, "our service is better and no price discount is available".
