Hey all, would love to get some feedback from Detroit fix and flippers that have done lets say 3+ residential projects in the city in the last year or so.Curious if you are only working in the stronger parts of the city (Boston Edison, Midtown, Indian Village, Corktown, Palmer Woods) or if you are going outside of those area's?

I have a property like this in Rohnert park CA.. the largest indian casino in northesn California just spent 350 million building that project and another 100 million on a 250 room hotel..

I'm mostly interested in single family homes, hopefully close to where I live in Indian Trail.

Looked at the list on BP for Indian, but hard to find any loaning 60k or less.   

That is a good point...I wonder if long term the area will see an upturn due to the higher class neighborhoods around it (East Indian Village and the Pointes).

I'm putting a SFR in Indian Wells under contract early next week.

Some parts of La Quinta may be preferable if they are close to downtown La Quinta, golf courses, the indian wells tennis gardens, etc. and not priced much higher, and therefore end up giving you better returns.   

They do have FL broken up into two sections which Polk is in the lower $$ :)  The higher priced Zone counties are:  Brevard, Calhoun, Charlotte, Citrus, De Soto, Dixie, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Glades, Gulf, Hamilton, Hardee, Highlands, Holmes, Indian River, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Manatee, Monroe, Okeechobee, Putnam, Sarasota, St.
