New member from the greater Charlotte, NC area
Hello everyone. I am a new member from the greater Charlotte area. I am looking to get into buy and hold rentals. I have rented out an apartment above my garage since 2010 and have finally decided it's time to expand and start looking for other rental properties. I'm mostly interested in single family homes, hopefully close to where I live in Indian Trail. I also hope to learn a lot along the way from those that have been in this business. Thanks for all the information you all share and I look forward to talking for in the future.
