Find/Get a Team that is local, experienced, and trustworthy to help you do the things that hat don't always make you money.  

They're very responsible and trustworthy just make sure to give them a grace period or they'll always be late

Where do you suggest would be a good place to start on deciding on a location and developing a relationship with a trustworthy property manager and a realtor?

Obviously there are realtors and investors but they are not as "plugged in" with social media platforms like BP so it's kinda hard finding trustworthy genuine people that aren't across the country lol sighhh 

If he's a reputable, trustworthy investor, you should have no issues with this.

I have some experience working with Tim and Castle and I can say that his company is hardworking, trustworthy, and efficient.

Even without getting into the questions of if he is trustworthy or not, think of where his head will be when the split finally happens. 

Pick out a good performing Team that is experienced and trustworthy.
