Hello my name is Miguel Velez and I am from Bronx New York I have been researching real estate investing for a while now and have been mostly interested in wholesaling to build up my capitol and so I can move on to renting out homes but in my area I have no idea where to start I am more than happy to do a lot of foot work for another investor just so I can get a real life understanding on of the business. I would greatly appreciate a mentor and would not mind working for free for them just for they're knowledge and time please if anyone can please help me

Welcome to BP @Miguel Velez. I have two suggestions for you. Read through these forums. They are the best free education someone can ask for. The other is to get out to your local REIA or meetup groups and start meeting people who are doing this in your marketplace. Network and learn from them. You will be surprised how many people will be willing to help give you some tips and point you in the right direction.
