Your charges don't strike me as unreasonable.

Don't pressure them in the videos, but by the third video give them a reason to call for the no obligation assessment of their particular situation.In 3 days you'll have more of a relationship with them than any other home buyer.Again, I don't buy homes and 3 days may be too long, but the idea is to get them to contact you for information so that you can build trust in short period of time.I'm not offended by anyone else striking these ideas down or improving them.

The main group is bigger but people are more than willing to talk, you just may have to make the first move to strike up a conversation.

I'm thinking that it was just the language I was using (preforeclosure list vs. lis pendens) when asking that kept making me strike out.

There are even deals that you can strike where there is no out of pocket expense and you only pay after you have closed a successful deal.

So far I am just striking out.  

@Johnson H. recently witnessed a player in my market who has been striking deals and making money hand over fist in today's market, last year and the year before.

It was probably cheaper to get a cost appraisal than a full appraisal.Now, they are fixated on their prior cost appraisal, and don't understand that it was intended for only a very limited purpose.You must tell them that with older homes, the current fair market value can be strikingly different from the cost to rebuild.  

Definitely striking one off the top of my bucket list.
