I would recommend anyone selling real estate to have proper representation as aspects of the process can be time-sensitive and/or contentious.If you insist on selling your condo on your own I would keep these things in mind:Determine the condo’s actual market value.

This works OK for relatively static and simple investments like a private placement or crowdfund, but can become rather cumbersome and expensive with a more time sensitive and transaction intensive asset such as a rental property.

Below Average Schools, no Downtown, and yes the rents look nice now but I would guess thats its population is highly sensitive to the economy.
