I'm not sure they will count room rentals, and I'm pretty sure they will want a copy of the lease, but the lender will be able to help you iron out the details to help you create a plan, so you can keep it and buy another property.

It boils down to the fact that you care more about making money than you do about annoying the majority of the people you come across in the process.And that's the ironic part -- you act like you care so much about treating people well, yet I'm guessing the majority of the people you contact consider you to not be treating them well simply by virtue of the contact.

But if you think about it if they just wanted to pay retail they could spend a lot of cash very quickly. no clue how to launder money.. but at Sheriffs sales were the Sherriff is sitting there taking the checks I see that as ironic  drug kingpin handing Sherrif a check  LOL

I recently replaced the cast iron drain in my 100 year old home.Plumbers left three stories of holes in drywall and ceilings.

Old houses have cast iron pipers that will disintegrate (because of age and/or foundation shift).

It's just ironic so many people get up in arms when someone is successfully and legally doing it. (3.)
