While Mike runs a full time landlord business and operates that business by doing his own management/repairs/evictions(sometimes at gunpoint, ha, ha), you do not have to do the same to be successful.

There are times where HA (housing authority) won't accept the increase and the increase is then passed on to the tenant.

Maybe you guys can make a push for sellers to stop paying for the buyer's policy where you guys do business, ha. 

You may want to call the local H/A and place an ad or tell some caseworkers.
