I attend a few entrepreneur forums, such as www.younggogettter.com, great site, being an entrepreneur has been a passion of mine for quite a while; however I just haven’t decided upon a field to embark on.I was only considering becoming a real-estate agent to step up through the ranks to obtain as much knowledge as possible, in hopes of one day investing into Commercial Real-estate without going face first.I figured I could keep my current position, work par-time as a real-estate agents then go for my broker’s license, browse around the commercial industry for a while and then start investing into commercial real-estate.I’m just playing with some ideas, any advice is much appreciated.

I have used smartmove and while the Smart move interface is nice and I have good luck up to the last tenant I am considering a change.

@Nathan Lombard is this only an App, or is there a desktop interface? 

After browsing current rentals on AirBnB in my area (Ben Lomond, Scotts Valley, Felton), I noticed that most of them are fully booked for the next few months.

I have read the beginners guide on here and browse the forums, but I feel like Chicago is a special place.

There are many markets in the country that are growing nearly as far as Orlando and, fortunately for those of us that do some homework, don't get talked about nearly as much (for example, Lexington, KY or Fayetteville, AR or Bloomington, IN).Step two might be to choose a few markets that demonstrate strong growth and browse the available listings on trulia.com.
