House Inspector Recommendation in Des Moines, Iowa

Hey guys, it's been about 3 years since our last rental purchase and we used an agent for the last one. We managed to make a deal with a private seller 2 days ago for a Drake rental. Anyone have inspector recommendations? We need one done in the next week. Thanks! - BH

https://inspectdm.com online, fast, and convenient. Just scheduled him to do an inspection on a Drake property we just bought. Went online yesterday and it's scheduled for Monday. His reports are good as well. Hope that helps.
