Hi everyone,I'm a Canadian interested in investing in a US multifamily syndication.

Although I know other HML that will refuse to fund a deal if the profit is to high to the wholesaler.. and I have done the same.. wholesaler rips a 100k profit and then brags about it.. some seller just got royally screwed  LOL  who is right ??

More info: I was looking in the areas around Detroit because I have family in Royal Oak.

I do not have two years of employment history so going with a cross boarder bank is out of the question.Does anyone have experience with lenders that will loan to Canadians?

The reason you are feeling stuck is because that's how the Canadian banking system is designed.

US citizens don't have the same options in Canada as Canadian citizens...and the same goes vise versa and just about any country really.
