any one have suggestions for Dscr lenders with minimum loan amount of 50K

Hi, Im a foreign national from Canada in need of a no doc DCSR loan. I am looking at properties around the 75k range so I would need a lender that can do minimum loan amount of 50k. If any one have some suggestions or recommendations that would be greatly appreciated!
