You wouldn't happen to have any wholesale homes available in my neck of the woods, do you?

I'm in your neck of the woods, with most of my rentals in Kaufman and Hunt counties.

It dislocated my hip broke my neck and shattered my  my children had minor injuries ...their guardian angel was close by.

david in our neck of the woods its the opposite the taxing authority must notify by certified mail anyone who has a recorded interest in the property.. which is why very few properties actually go to sale. and very very few with mortgages because the lender gets notified of the sale then can bring it current

In my limited experience in my neck of the woods, it all depends on the particular bank (or maybe where we are in the lunar cycle, lol).

Not sure how the banks are in New Mexico, but a lot of the REO properties around my neck of the woods have asking prices over market value, so I would say where i am, it's hard to find a good REO deal. 

$80k in my neck of the woods would get me anywhere from 3 to 8 units.

@Jarrod Hannon if you are in Princeton I would start looking closer to your neck of the woods. 

@David Kilgore I would recommend buying lunch for @Mitch Messer since he is in your neck of the woods.
