Hi Everyone,

I'm new to investing and would really like to find a mentor in the West Chester, PA area, if at all possible. I recently joined some clubs and hope to make connections there as well.

My goal is to buy and hold rental properties, although I would never turn down the opportunity to rehab and flip a home. I grew up in the construction industry and that kind of activity is very exciting. My wife and I are hoping real estate can provide us with income during our retirement years, but also provide some income for our daughter (who's only 8 month old at the moment). Maybe even a place for her to work if we play our cards right.

We currently own one rental property and are under contract with a second. I need help figuring out how to get to the next level. How do I grow the business?

Thank you all for any advice.

.TJ

RE investing boils down to money, study the financing threads, get to know lenders and the use of equity as well as cash. Good luck :)
